Spotlight on ... Management resources

What are they?
These are resources to aid management decisions within health and medicine at all levels. There are a variety of different resources available to NHS managers, such as the Health Business Newsletter, Leader: the NW Leadership Academy journal, regular information from the Kings Fund and many other sources.
 
Why are they useful?
With winter coming soon, the pressures on the health services are likely to be tougher and harsher than ever. Managers must keep up to date with the latest information, best practice from around the country and systems, policies and procedures for emergencies.
 
How do I use them?

Some require an NHS Athens account to access – ask if you don’t have one!
