How the Library can support you

We can provide support, training and resources to help you develop your leadership and management skills, if you are completing a formal course or if you just want to develop your skills.

We have a large collection of relevant books and journals which are available to all East Cheshire NHS Trust staff. 

​Access to computers and study space 24/7, and advice and support from the librarians.

Library books​

The Library has an extensive collection of leadership and management books. Search the catalogue to see what is available. Any books not in stock we can often borrow from another library, just ask!

Athens

​A lot of resources are only available to subscribers. Athens is the key to unlocking access.

KnowledgeShare is our targeted current awareness service. Alerts are emailed out every fortnight. Your KnowledgeShare profile can be created to be as broad or specific as you need, and can be updated if your interests change.   It can include non-clinical topics such as leadership, management, coaching, and research, as well as clinical conditions.
